Ross joined Little Moons in 2020 tasked with accelerating growth in demand across Europe. In his first year Little Moons have gone viral on TikTok, aired their first major advertising campaign, released three limited edition flavours to great fanfare, gone on tour to give away free mochi ice cream along the South coast of England and successfully launched their surprisingly vegan-friendly Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut line. Prior to joining Little Moons Ross held a variety of client- and agency-side roles, having started at Cadbury and Diageo before moving to start-up creative agency 101. Most recently he was CMO at wagamama. Ross is a former scholar at The Marketing Academy, and in 2021 was named one of the 100 most effective marketers in the UK by Marketing Week.
