Sarah runs The Collective UK, an innovative, premium yoghurt brand shaking up the category with deliciously tasty, exciting eating experiences that redefine the concept of ‘better for you’ with their holistic approach to health.
She has been with The Collective for nine years, starting out in Marketing & Innovation roles before taking on management of the New Zealand arm of the business in 2018. In 2020, she moved to the UK in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic to lead the UK & Europe business and has since introduced a new step-change strategy to help build the brand and meet its growth ambitions over the coming years.
Prior to joining The Collective, Sarah developed her FMCG expertise at a number of successful brands, including Mars NZ and Innocent Drinks. She has also held several NED and advisory roles over the years and is passionate about growing purpose-led businesses.
