Tamara founded The Social Element in 2002 way before the explosion of social media. From its early beginnings in a garage in London, to the global agency it is today with a team of over 250 social media experts, remote working has been baked into the model resulting in an inclusive and well-being focused culture.

With one of the industry’s true innovators at the helm, The Social Element has always attracted those at the forefront of social media who use their collective superpowers to keep some of the world’s biggest brands ahead of the game; from revolutionising their approach to brand communities to developing social-first, high impact content.

She also co-founded Polpeo, a complimentary proposition which helps brands prepare for a crisis breaking on social media using ground-breaking simulation technology.

Tamara was Drum Agency CEO of the Year in 2020, her team won LeadershipTeam of the Year in 2021 and she was inducted to The Marketing Society’s Fellowship in 2021.
